Community Support

That's why we give everyone paid volunteering leave, offer fundraising opportunities and charity match funding, so you can donate your time and talents to help the causes close to your heart.
A few of us from the Daventry site went to lend a hand at a local allotment space, which helps people additional support needs to increase their social interaction within their community, build confidence and skills - improving their mental health and well-being. Three hours of weeding can be surprisingly therapeutic, and we also found out so much more about each other, through the conversations that flowed throughout our time there
