02 March 2021, UK, Winchester, Hampshire: Leading UK communications infrastructure and media services company, Arqiva, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Twyning as Chief of Operations.
Adrian joined on 01 March and is appointed to Arqiva’s Executive Committee, reporting to CEO Paul Donovan. The Chief of Operations is a key role for the business and Adrian joins at a pivotal moment. Having recently undertaken a significant period of system transformation and platform consolidation, Adrian will be accountable for building an integrated function that enables Arqiva to provide ever increasing levels of customer service delivery to its TV, radio, utilities and data network customers, optimising sites, structures and networks.
Adrian comes with significant experience of leading large-scale operations, designing systems and delivering complex business change.
Before joining Arqiva, Adrian held senior positions at DixonsCarphone and British Gas. He is a lawyer by background and his earlier career included roles in the NHS and British Army, where he served overseas.
